Cancellation Policy
At Tally Premium Cleaning, we understand that schedules can change. However, because we reserve your appointment time exclusively for you and arrange staffing and routing in advance, we have the following cancellation terms:
Cancellation Notice
Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
Same-Day Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of the quoted service price.
Denied Entry or No Access
If our team arrives and is unable to access the home, or is turned away, the visit will be considered a full cancellation, and 100% of the service fee will be charged.
Health, Safety, and Pet Considerations
If we cannot safely perform the service due to:
- aggressive pets,
- unsafe conditions,
- illness concerns,
we will reschedule when appropriate, but the cancellation terms may still apply.
Credit Card on File
To confirm bookings and avoid scheduling conflicts or scams, clients must have a valid credit card stored securely in our booking portal. Applicable cancellation fees will be charged automatically.
Recurring Clients
We prioritize ongoing clients; however, habitual cancellations may result in:
- loss of preferred time slots,
- adjustment in pricing,
- discontinuation of recurring status.
Our Flexibility Promise
If Tallahassee weather emergencies (storms, hurricanes, advisories) affect service, we will reschedule at no penalty.
Our Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy Still Applies
If we ever need to return due to quality concerns, that is not considered a cancellation — it is part of our service commitment.
